Regulations, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the "DUZZI" website
Please read carefully all the sections that appear in the website regulations: Use of this website is subject to the terms detailed below (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”), and constitutes your agreement to these terms.

1. The “DUZZI” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a website on the Internet that operates a virtual store for the public surfing the Internet in Israel. The website offers for sale the products on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and is managed by Avner Brandschaft and Yahav Eilam from Kibbutz Gesher, Israel.
2. 4. Only those aged 18 and over may participate in the purchase. Participation is conditional on providing correct identifying information (name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the customer).

5. The site undertakes not to make any use of the information entered by the user unless this is required for the purpose of performing any of the actions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations as a whole, and/or as required by law or to prevent misuse.
6. The user knows that the site and its operators take acceptable precautions to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information in order to avoid transferring it to external third parties.
7. Any transfer of a credit card number from the site is done in an encrypted manner according to the standard, but in cases beyond the control of the site and/or its operators and/or resulting from force majeure, the site and its operators will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone on his behalf if this information is lost or if it is used without authorization.

9. The website and the content that appears on it, including the website design, images, texts, photographs, a partial or total collection of ideas, all of the formal and essential components of the website, whether registered or not, belong exclusively to the owners of the “DUZZI” website, and are protected by the copyright laws of the State of Israel. As well as by international treaties and the copyright laws of other countries.
10. The user is prohibited from copying, publishing, distributing, reproducing, displaying, broadcasting, performing, creating derivative works, issuing a license to sell, publicly displaying, or providing to a third party any part of the information contained on the site without the express written consent of the owners of the site “DUZZI“.
11. The user acknowledges the existing copyrights in the information and undertakes not to make any commercial use of the information or any use contrary to the provisions of copyright law, the Copyright Ordinance, international treaties and/or infringement of any copyright and/or property right, including the Patent Law, or any other law, order or regulation enacted pursuant thereto, or to cause any change or distortion in the information or any part of the information on the site.
How to purchase on the site
12. Using the on-site purchasing method, products can be purchased 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, until supplies last.
13. Anyone holding a valid credit card may purchase on the site. Most items offered for sale on the site are accompanied by images that are intended for illustrative purposes only. The price of the product, including VAT, is displayed next to each item. The user on the site can add any item in stock to the shopping cart, change quantities, add and remove items from the shopping cart at any time. Also, at the end of the order, you must go to the checkout for payment. To make a payment for the purchase, you must enter basic details such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card number, so that the order is processed quickly and without errors. You must be careful to provide the correct details, otherwise we cannot guarantee the purchase.
14. The customer will be charged for the cost of the product and/or service purchased by him/her via a credit card or one of the payment methods accepted on the site. The seller will only sell a product that has been paid in full via a credit card or in a pre-determined manner.
15. Anyone who performs an action and/or purchase on the site, whether by telephone or through the site, declares that he has read the site's regulations and agrees to the terms and that he will not have any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit, and this will constitute a legal basis.
16. The website operator may discontinue or change the provision of the website services, whether or not they have given prior notice to the user, without having any liability towards any of the users and/or any other third party upon the discontinuation or change of the service.
17. The user is aware that any use of the site is done at his sole risk.
18. Providing false information is a criminal offense, and anyone who provides false information will be responsible for any damage caused to the site as a result.
The products
19. Any photograph or image that appears on the site next to the product/equipment is intended for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the shades/designs that appear in the photograph and the actual shade/design of the product that will be supplied.
20. The site is not responsible for the use or nature of the use of the purchased product and its results, and the person placing the order will be solely responsible for the use of the product purchased by him through the site and its results.
21. The customer is aware that the products on the site are in the natural wooden toys category and are delicate in nature and that the products on the site have not passed the Standards Institute tests.
22. The “DUZZI” store or its operators/owners will not be responsible or liable for any indirect, direct, consequential or special damage caused to the user and/or a third party as a result of using products or raw materials sold on this site or from a purchase through the site that is not in accordance with these regulations, whatever the cause of the claim, including loss of income and/or prevention of profit caused for any reason.
23. The sale and presentation of products on the site does not constitute a recommendation or expression of opinion or giving of an opinion regarding the nature of the products, their properties, quality, etc.
Delivery, transportation and shipping dates
24. The seller will ensure the delivery of any product purchased by you on the site to the address in Israel that you entered when submitting your offer on the site and will act to provide the products or services in accordance with the terms of delivery specified on the product or service action page. The seller undertakes to provide only a product that has been paid in full via credit card/paypal/bit as detailed below.
25. In circumstances of delay due to force majeure such as strikes, fire, flood, war, etc., the site will notify the purchaser immediately upon learning of the delay and will allow them to choose between waiting to receive the product, or receiving a replacement product, or canceling the transaction and getting their money back.
26. In areas with restricted access from a security perspective, the seller may place the products for customers in a nearby, acceptable location, which will be coordinated with them in advance.
27. The regulations of the Israel Postal Authority (or of any other body through which the site carries out the transportation and delivery of products or services) will apply to any supply/transportation of a product through the site, and will bind each bidder.
28. The delivery of the products purchased on the site will be made by Avner Brandschaft & Yahav Eilam and/or the buyer may collect the product himself or through someone on his behalf in advance with Avner Brandschaft & Yahav Eilam.
29. The delivery date of the products is up to 14 working days counted from the date of receipt of transaction confirmation from the customer's credit card company or any other means of payment (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays).
30. The delivery of the products purchased on the site will be made by the seller by shipping the product to the address provided by the user placing the order when placing the order.
31. The site will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the products from the moment they are shipped.
32. The site will not be liable to the person ordering the product/equipment for any faults or disruptions in delivery, provided that the site has provided the product for delivery.
33. In remote and isolated locations, there may be an additional charge for delivery, according to the shipping company/Israel Post price list.
34. Registered mail delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer ! The site uses the Israel Post shipping services by registered mail only and will not take responsibility and will not handle any case of “delivery failure ” (we will provide the customer with the tracking number of the postal item immediately after delivery). In the event of a failure, the customer/customer will deal directly with the Israel Post Company until the handling is completed and will not make any claims or demand a cancellation/refund to the seller. Only in the case where the customer dealt with the Israel Post and a decision was made regarding the loss of a package and the customer provided confirmation of this from the Israel Post Company and the Israel Post Company offered us a letter of compensation, only then will the customer be able to choose a refund or alternatively the goods.
35. Home delivery via courier company – a recommended and safe option in which the customer will receive the products in a short time and in the event of a malfunction, the site itself will deal with the courier company and handle the issue quickly to the customer's satisfaction. The company does not take responsibility for the courier company's delivery times.
36. Self-pickup – picking up the package by prior arrangement after receiving payment at a location that will be determined in advance in a phone call prior to ordering and agreed upon by both parties.
37. The seller reserves the right not to deliver a particular product if the product is out of stock or there is an error in the price/specification. In such a case, the customer will receive a notification of the transaction cancellation within 24 hours of its execution and will be credited within 24 hours of its recording, if charged.
Payment method
38. Payment on the website/or by phone/or by text message during a conversation between Yahav Eilam or Avner Brandschaft and the customer is via credit cards, bank transfer, sending a payment link to the phone, PAYPAL, etc.
39. The charge is in one payment unless the payment option is selected by the customer.
40. The purchaser declares that he is aware of credit card laws as they relate to “remote purchase” / “telephone purchase” and/or “internet transaction”
41. The buyer may pay by check or cash. In the case of self-collection, the products will be delivered against the delivery of the check. In the case of delivery, the buyer will send the check by mail and only after the check has been fully settled at the seller's bank will the products be shipped in the manner chosen by the buyer, to the buyer.
42. By bank transfer, in coordination with Avner Brandschaft or Yahav Eilam by telephone.
Returns and Cancellations Policy
43. The customer may cancel an order provided that the packaging is closed and the product is in the same condition as it was shipped within 14 days of the arrival of the shipment and provided that the product is not tailored to its dimensions (made to special order). The customer is aware that he will have to send the product to Avner Brandschaft's address and bear the shipping costs (in case the product has already been shipped).
It will not be possible to cancel/credit/exchange products on a special order that is personalized at the customer's request.
44. The credit for returned products will be in full and provided that they have reached the seller in good condition. The credit will be in the same payment method that the customer paid with.
45. The customer must inspect the product upon receipt. If the customer received the product damaged, or different from what was ordered, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, by contacting us with a cancellation request, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
46. In these cases, the customer will not be charged for the shipping cost: If the product arrived broken or damaged or different from what was ordered.
47.Restrictions on the right to cancel: Products cannot be returned if the consumer has opened the packaging, used them, or arrived late due to a delivery error using the registered mail option at Israel Post.
48. When canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or inconsistency, the seller will refund the consumer's money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, excluding a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
Cancellation of a shipment – The customer will not receive a refund for the shipping cost, and in the event that a shipment was sent to the customer by a courier company and canceled by the customer before receiving the goods and during an attempted delivery – the customer will pay double the shipping cost according to the courier company's procedures.
The seller has the right to sue the consumer for a significant decrease in the value of the product.
Specials
49. The site and its operators reserve the right to publish promotions from time to time. The promotions will be carried out according to and in accordance with the terms of the promotion that will be published for that product.
50. The site and its operators reserve the full right, at their sole discretion, to extend or shorten the duration of any promotion, or even completely cancel any promotion(s), including points earned. The user will have no claim and/or claim for this decision.
- The seller may limit the purchase quantity, at his discretion.

The site operators will not give or grant customers who have purchased products any monetary credit of any kind, after confirming an order online or by telephone.
56. The “DUZZI” website may occasionally send email messages containing advertisements, etc.
57. Prices on the site are in shekels and include VAT.
58. A human response is available at 050-4494212 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
59. The unique and exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the site is the competent courts in the northern region, and the use of the site will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Israel.
