Welcome to the DUZZI website (the “Website”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Website or placing an order. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

1. Introduction
The Website “DUZZI” is an online store managed by Avner Brandshpeth and Yahav Eilam, based in Israel (“the Seller”). The Website offers handmade wooden toys, accessories and related products (“Products”) for sale to end consumers in Israel, the EU and worldwide.

Any person using the Website, making a purchase or otherwise interacting with DUZZI (the “Customer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided by Customers will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing customer service, or as required by law.

• Data may be retained for statistical and operational purposes.

• Payment details are transmitted securely using encryption standards.

• We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data; however, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.

• In accordance with GDPR (for EU Customers), you have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

3. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Website, including design, images, text, photographs, graphics and trademarks, are the exclusive property of DUZZI and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

4. Purchases and Payments

• Products can be purchased online 24/7 subject to stock availability.

• Prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For EU/international Customers, prices do not include customs duties or local taxes.

• Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Bit or other methods as offered. Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

• Providing false information is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the order and legal liability.

5. Products

• Images on the Website are for illustration purposes only; variations in color or finish may occur.

• Products are handmade and may have natural variations.

• Customers acknowledge that the products are delicate wooden toys and have not been certified by the Israeli Standards Institute. Products are intended for decorative and gentle play purposes, under adult supervision.

• DUZZI will not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of products.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• Products will be shipped only after full payment has cleared.

• Delivery within Israel: up to 14 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays).

• International delivery times vary by destination. Delays caused by customs or shipping providers are beyond our control.

• In case of force majeure (strikes, war, natural disaster, etc.), delays may occur and Customers may choose between waiting, receiving an alternative product, or cancellation with refund.

• Risk of loss passes to the Customer once the product has been handed over to the shipping provider.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Customers may cancel and return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and not custom-made.

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

• If a product arrives defective or different from the order, DUZZI will replace or refund at no cost to the Customer.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• For international orders, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the Customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

8. Promotions
DUZZI may, at its discretion, offer promotions or discounts. These are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
DUZZI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Products. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific Product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
For Customers in the EU: nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring claims before the competent courts in your country of residence.
