Welcome to DUZZI. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

DUZZI is a brand operated by Or Yahav Golan Kinneret Ltd., an Israeli company, Company No. 514025766, with its registered address at 18 Hofim St., Had Nes, Golan Heights 1295000, Israel.

Throughout these Terms, “DUZZI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Or Yahav Golan Kinneret Ltd.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the policies referred to below. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Using Our Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the operation of the website or use the website in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which our products are offered and sold.

Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, colours and characteristics.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Many DUZZI products are handmade and/or made from natural materials such as wood, wool, cotton and rattan. Small variations in colour, grain, texture, stitching, shape, dimensions or finish are natural characteristics of these materials and production methods.

Such natural variations are not normally considered defects. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

Some products offered by DUZZI may be produced by independent third-party brands. Their trademarks, product names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Products intended for children must be used in accordance with the age recommendations, warnings, assembly instructions and safety information supplied with the product or displayed on its product page.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or remove products from sale at any time.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Prices

Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency applicable to the relevant storefront or market.

Taxes collected by DUZZI, where applicable, and shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other local taxes may apply depending on the destination and the method by which duties and taxes are collected.

Where such charges are not collected by DUZZI at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country. Further information is available in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy .

We may change prices from time to time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

Please check your order and delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
there is a material pricing or listing error;
we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
we are unable to fulfil the order lawfully.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country, currency or device.

Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Payment information is processed through the secure payment services made available through our e-commerce and payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the periods required by applicable consumer law.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, security events, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will not use circumstances outside our control to limit any cancellation, refund or other rights that you have under mandatory consumer law.

Where required by applicable law, responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, physically receives them.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.

Where possible, the expected availability or dispatch timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both available products and pre-order products, the order may be shipped together when all products are available unless otherwise stated.

Estimated pre-order dates may change due to production, freight or other circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

Pre-order purchases remain subject to any mandatory cancellation and consumer rights applicable to you.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchase eligible goods online, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

If an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period may run from the date on which the final applicable item is received, where required by law.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires.

You can submit your cancellation through our Return or Cancellation Request or contact us at hello@duzzitoys.com.

You do not have to use our online form if applicable law allows you to notify us by another clear statement.

Returning a Change-of-Mind Purchase

After notifying us that you are cancelling an eligible purchase, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase.

You may inspect and handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would inspect a product in a physical shop.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where applicable law allows this, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.

Refunds Following Cancellation

Where you validly exercise a statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amounts required by applicable law.

This includes the price paid for the returned goods and, where required, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for the original order.

If you selected a more expensive express, premium or upgraded delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back before issuing the refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number, photographs and reasonable information about the issue so that we can assist you.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Where required by law, DUZZI will cover reasonable costs associated with returning faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee rights provided by applicable EU and national consumer law, including a minimum legal guarantee period for qualifying goods as required by law.

Consumers in the United Kingdom retain all statutory rights relating to goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, validity periods and product exclusions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order and discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or applied to products that are already discounted.

Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content of this website, including DUZZI branding, photographs, text, illustrations, graphics, layouts and design elements, is owned by or licensed to DUZZI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Reviews, Comments & User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us or through the website, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery services, social media platforms and other external websites.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this clause limits any responsibility that DUZZI has under applicable mandatory law.

Privacy

Errors & Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date, but occasional typographical errors, incorrect prices, product information errors or technical inaccuracies may occur.

We may correct errors and update information when necessary.

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide any options or remedies required by applicable law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory product liability, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The current version will always be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights relating to an order already placed where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law & Consumer Rights

DUZZI is operated by Or Yahav Golan Kinneret Ltd., an Israeli company. These Terms & Conditions and any contract entered into through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws apply to your purchase, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. Where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, nothing in these Terms restricts that right.
